Please see the following information about our small school.

As the semester started, the school was greeted with strong academic-growth numbers from testing during the previous school year (second best rate in the state).

The students at South Verde Technology Magnet School have participated in many events this fall semester including:

-Collecting plastic bottle caps for people in need of chemotherapy treatments
-Attending the Musical Instruments Museum in Phoenix to study instruments from around the world
-Sponsoring the annual Halloween Spook House on Main Street, the proceeds go to adopting families to help spread Christmas cheer
-Art murals painting guided by resident artist Joan Borque
-Overcoming fears at the high ropes course at Cloverleaf Ranch

Next semester the students will participate in a geology field trip to the Grand Canyon as well as to vocational schools in the Phoenix area like Le Cordon Bleu cooking school.
