2012 State Tax Credit Donation

Now is the time to make your tax credit donation for 2012

You deserve to feel good about the support you provided to your children and your schools last year. Your refund check has arrived and you are trying to decide where to spend the money. How about making your 2012 tax credit donation now while you have a little extra money in your hands? If you need more information, please call Talythea Wilson at 567-8035.

Married couples filing jointly may contribute up to $400.00. Individuals may contribute up to $200.00. The form lists various programs on each campus. You may designate any of the programs listed. If the program you wish to donate to is not listed, please write it on the lines provided. We appreciate your support of CVUSD students and programs. Remember, your tax credit dollars will be returned to you at tax time.
