Tax Credit Time
Thank you for all of your support to Camp Verde Elementary School now and in the past. As we continue to develop programs for students to participate in and increase academic achievement, your tax credit dollars will help greatly to provide for these extracurricular programs. Mrs. Murlless’ Music programs benefit greatly from the tax credit program. Also, it helps support field trips, material for after-school programs, and other school events.
Pease consider directing your tax credits to the elementary school. It will be greatly appreciated and will support our students. You will find the tax credit form on our schools website

B.E.A.R. Be Excited About Reading 2nd quarter theme is:
“Deck the Halls.”
This is a read-at-home program that began on Sept. 22 for grades K-5. Students will read a book at home (or have it read to them), record it on the log that is provided and return each day with their agenda.
Each hall will then post the books read along the wall with an elf footprint. The side that reads the most books will earn a special prize at the end of the quarter.
PTO and School Advisory Council
Camp Verde Elementary has two opportunities for parents that would like to help support the school and students. This can be accomplished by serving on either the PTO and/or School Advisory Council (SAC). These two committees meet monthly and PTO is the fundraising organization for the school.

Phone Friend will help guide you through your homework, read a story with you or to you, or just share a joke or two.
You can call 3 times per day for 10 minutes each call, but you do need to wait 30 minutes between each call.
